Dear colleagues!

As you know, in recent years our country has been consistently implementing wide-ranging reforms aimed at preventing and combating corruption, and eliminating corruption factors in all spheres of state and society building. On January 3, 2017, the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Combating Corruption" was signed by the head of our state, Shavkat Mirziyoyev, establishing for the first time the legal framework for fighting corruption in our country.

The results of the anti-corruption reforms being implemented in our country have been recognized by the international community, as a result of which the Republic of Uzbekistan has risen to 1st place among Central Asian countries and 30th place globally in the "Open Data Inventory" ranking for governance quality and government openness indicators.

Uzenergosotish JSC has developed internal regulatory documents and procedures to improve the anti-corruption mechanism.

In particular, the Company has created an internal control system of "compliance control" against corruption, and more than 10 internal departmental documents recommended by the Anti-Corruption Agency have been developed and adopted.

Communication channels have also been established for reporting corrupt actions of the Company's employees, with information about them openly posted on the organization's official website and social media channels.

Creating an anti-corruption system in our Company is important and necessary. We can fight corruption for ourselves, our children, and the development of our Company, achieving the rule of law through intolerance, honesty, open and transparent work.

In turn, Uzenergosotish JSC rejects any form and manifestation of corrupt actions, ensures the formation of sharp intolerance to corruption in the Company, conducts practical work to prevent corruption and eliminate the causes of its occurrence in the system, and pays special attention to strict compliance with legislation.

Fighting corruption is our common cause, and I call on all of you to stand united in this endeavor.
